It helps to know which iPhone you're on, which version of iOS, and what you were doing when it went wrong. A screenshot is worth more than a description.
Everything you make stays on your device. There's no account to recover and no password to reset — but it also means deleting the app deletes your closet, so save a copy first if you're reinstalling.
If something in your real closet has no match in the app, say so. Every garment is drawn by hand, and requests genuinely shape what gets drawn next.
